Health Administration and Support are responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the delivery of Health Care within Elsipogtog Health & Wellness Centre.
Director of Health, Managers, and Support Staff enable program staff to accomplish their highest potential in their work by offering direction, coordination, support systems and opportunities for personal and professional development.
Health Administration and Support emphasizes communication and helping staff members to do their work efficiently. It provides overall Health & Wellness Centre support by managing several areas of operations: coordination of staff activities, accountability, facility management, logistics for special events, health information gathering and use, negotiations for resources and support, liaisons with Chief and Council, Agencies, partners and Governments, communications with community members, and reporting.
